Below are some frequently asked questions. If you have more questions, feel free to contact us.

 

 

Do I have to be on camera when I join live?

No. You will have access to the chat, but you will not be on camera or the microphone. 

Can I ask questions during the workshops?

Yes! There will be a Q and A session at the end of each workshop where you can ask questions and get answers in real time. 

What if I can't make it live?

All workshops are recorded and posted within 1 week of the live workshop taking place.

Are all the coaches licensed or certified?

Yes! All coaches are either licensed therapists and/or have nationally accredited certifications. 

Will more coaches become available over time?

Yes! We are always looking for new coaches to add to the team as our members express interest in different coaching modalities they would like to see available. 

Can I cancel during my trial?

You will not be inputting your card information to join the trial. During the trial, if you decide the membership is not for you, you can simply delete your profile. 

How do I sign up for the membership once my trial is over?

During your onboarding process you will take a tour of the membership and will be shown where you can officially become a member. 

If I join during a discount period will my price ever increase?

No. You will continue having your discount until you cancel.
