About Me
I believe that life is about learning who we are, and then showing that person to the world.
I thought I was discovering who I was when I was 25. I listened to a lot of thought leads in the self-development space and was ready to make any changes necessary.
What I learned was to write down the qualities of the people I admire, and then emulate them.
I didn't know this would take me down a dark path of losing myself further.
We don't have to "become" anyone. We have to change our belief system, process our trapped emotions, notice our triggers, and become MORE us.
When we do that. Everything changes.
